Lamisil is an anti-fungal antibiotic used to treat tinea versicolor, a fungal infection that causes brown, tan, or white spots on the trunk of the body. It is also effective against other fungal infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. Lamisil works by killing sensitive fungi by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane.
Dosage and Direction

- For onychomycosis: Adults and teenagers: 250 mg once a day for 6 to 12 weeks. Use in children only after doctor's permission.

Precautions
